How does it work - Online bespoke service.

1. Choose Your Glow-Up Experience
Select the gift card that best suits your needs or the occasion. Add it to your cart and go to checkout.  

2. Share the Gift of Confidence

Option 1: Enter the name (optional) and email address of the Gift card recipient.  Optional: enter who the gift card is from and a message for the recipient. Upon purchase, the recipient will receive an email with a unique gift card code. If the information was provided, the email will also include who the Gift card is from and the message for the recipient.

Option 2: Select ‘send to myself’ to send the Gift card to yourself.
Upon purchase, you will receive an email with a unique gift card code.
You can forward the gift card to the recipient over email or print it out and hand it to the recipient. Alternatively, you can use the gift card for yourself.

4. Redeem with Ease
The recipient of the gift card goes to the website, adds the desired service to the cart and at checkout, enters the gift card code. The gift card’s value is deducted from the total. Any remaining balance can be used later.

5. Begin the Transformation
The customer will receive an email with a link to a From for them to fill in to tell me about their transformation goal, provide physical characteristics and attach photos.

6. Reveal the Glow
A bespoke styling report arrives via email—packed with colour insights, wardrobe tips, and tailored recommendations. It’s the key to simplifying their style and unlocking their most radiant look.
