1.3. Overview. These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by Colour Analysis Styling by Oana, a sole trader registered in Devon, UK. By purchasing a service through this website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

We offer online services in the following areas:

  • Hair transformation (with photo edits for visual previews)

  • Body shape analysis

Depending on the service selected, you will receive downloadable materials such as:

  • A personalised colour palette and analysis report

  • A hair transformation report with visual edits

  • A body shape analysis report

Optional add-ons may be available depending on the initial service package purchased. These include:

  • Follow-up services for hair transformation

  • Follow-up services for body shape analysis

Eligibility for Add-ons
Add-on services are available exclusively to clients who have used our services for a full colour analysis report. These enhancements are designed to build upon your personalised results and are not offered as standalone services


4. Purchasing a Service

  • Services are purchased directly through this website.

  • Accepted payment methods: Credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link by Stripe, PayPal and Gift Cards (issued by this website).

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

You may cancel your order within 14 days of purchase provided the service has not yet begun. The service begins when you submit your form and required photos. 


5. Service Activation
After purchasing a service, you will be asked to complete a form and upload photographs. The service will not begin until this information is received. By submitting the form and required materials, you consent to immediate delivery of the service and acknowledge that this waives your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

6. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the accuracy and quality of your analysis, you agree to:

  • Complete the online form emailed to you with all required information.

  • Provide clear, well-lit photos (natural lighting, no makeup preferred). If your files are too large or incompatible, we may request alternative formats

  • To ensure the accuracy and resonance of your colour analysis, it’s essential that the information and photographs you provide are complete, clear, and truthful. The quality of your results depends on the clarity of your input.


Technical Requirements. To receive and view your personalised materials, you’ll need access to a device capable of opening PDF documents and image files (e.g. JPEG, PNG). Please ensure your email address is active and able to receive attachments.

Our services are designed for individuals aged 18 and over.

7. Service Delivery Timeframe
Once we receive your completed form and photographs, your personalised consultation materials will be emailed to you within 3 working days.

If we are unable to meet this timeframe due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly and offer a revised delivery date.

8. Third-Party Requests
If you are purchasing a service on behalf of someone else (e.g. a partner, friend, or colleague), you confirm that:

  • You have obtained their full permission to share their personal information and photographs.

  • They have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

  • You accept responsibility for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the information provided on their behalf.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel services if we believe consent has not been properly obtained.

9. Requests from Minors
Our services are designed for individuals aged 18 and over. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or legal guardian purchase the service and submit all required materials on your behalf.
We do not knowingly accept direct service requests from minors. If we become aware that a consultation has been requested by someone under 18 without appropriate consent, we reserve the right to cancel the service and issue a refund.

10. Services for Minors
You may request a service on behalf of a minor (under 18) only if you are their parent or legal guardian. By submitting a consultation request for a minor, you confirm that:

  • You are legally authorised to act on their behalf.

  • You have obtained their consent (where appropriate) to share their personal information and photographs.

  • You understand that all materials and recommendations are intended for personal styling purposes only and are not a substitute for professional advice in areas such as health, wellbeing, or identity development.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel services if we believe appropriate consent has not been obtained.

11. Gift Cards

  • Availability: Gift cards can be purchased through this website and are redeemable only for services offered by Colour Analysis Styling by Oana.

  • Redemption: Gift cards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. They may only be used by the recipient named at the time of purchase.

  • Validity: Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

  • Activation: The recipient must complete the required form and submit photographs to activate the service. Once submitted, the service begins and cancellation rights are waived.

  • Gifting to Minors: If a gift card is purchased for a minor, the purchaser must be the parent or legal guardian and agree to provide appropriate consent and supervision.

  • Lost or Misused Cards: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused gift cards. Please treat them like cash.

12. Our Commitments
You can expect:

  • A personalised, thoughtful analysis tailored to your unique features and preferences.

  • Confidential handling of your personal information and images.

Please note: our services are for aesthetic and personal styling purposes only. We do not offer medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

13. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to decline or cancel a service request if the information provided is incomplete, misleading, or violates our ethical standards.

14. Intellectual Property
All digital content provided—including guides, palettes, and reports—remain the intellectual property of Colour Analysis Styling by Oana.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without written permission.


15. Privacy & Data
Your privacy matters. We handle client photos, style information, and feedback with care and discretion.

Before-and-after images, or any photographs provided for analysis, will never be shared on social media, the website, or in promotional materials without your explicit written consent.

16. Disclaimers & Limitations

  • These Terms are between you and Colour Analysis Styling by Oana. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its provisions under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

  • Colour analysis is inherently subjective. While every effort is made to provide accurate and empowering insights, results may vary.

  • We are not liable for dissatisfaction or outcomes resulting from the use of our services or materials.

  • All services are provided “as is” without guarantees.

  • Our maximum liability to you under this contract, for damage caused by us, will be limited to the value of the service purchased.

17. Feedback and Complaints
We welcome constructive feedback and are committed to continuous improvement. Your satisfaction means everything to us. If you're ever unhappy with our service, we’ll do all we can to make it right — with care, integrity, and a genuine commitment to resolving your concerns. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your materials by emailing oana@colouranalysisstyling.com We will review your message carefully and respond within 5 working days.
Please note that due to the subjective nature of colour analysis and personal styling, dissatisfaction with results does not constitute grounds for a refund. However, we are happy to clarify or refine aspects of your report where appropriate.

18. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

19. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

20. Definitions

  • Service: Any colour analysis, hair transformation, body shape analysis, or related styling support provided by Colour Analysis Styling by Oana, including digital reports, visual edits, and personalised recommendations.

  • Client: The individual purchasing or receiving the service, either for themselves or on behalf of another person with appropriate consent.

  • Digital Content: Any downloadable or viewable material delivered as part of the service, including colour palettes, analysis reports, edited images, styling guides, and email communications.

  • Add-ons: Optional enhancements or follow-up services offered after the initial consultation, tailored to the original service purchased (e.g. additional hair edits, palette refinements, or styling suggestions).

  • Gift Card: A prepaid voucher purchased through the website, redeemable for services offered by Colour Analysis Styling by Oana. Gift cards are valid for 12 months and subject to the terms outlined in the Gift Card section.
